During 2022, Broadreach closed a transaction to acquire a controlling stake in Sertum Energy Namibia (Pty) Ltd, which owns and operates a 5.7MWp solar PV plant near Arandis, Namibia.  Broadreach actively manages the plant and the functions of the on-site operations and maintenance service provider.
