A SIPA Linear Blowmoulding machine to improve energy efficiency. 

Nioro Plastics is a well-established Western Cape plastics moulding manufacturer. Nioro approached Broadreach Energy to fund a new, energy-efficient blow moulding machine to replace older, less efficient equipment.  The new blowmoulder increases the operational efficiency of Nioro’s production line by producing up to 9,000 units per hour compared to the existing plant’s 6,000 per hour – all while using less electricity and reducing Nioro’s carbon footprint substantially.
