Broadreach originated a transaction for the acquisition of a 70% stake in Momentous Solar One, which operates a 6MWp solar PV plant outside Keetmanshoop, Namibia.  The solar plant operates as part of Namibia’s REFIT programme.  Broadreach advised Mergence Asset Management on the successful conclusion of the acquisition, and we have since acquired a stake of 14% in the project alongside them.
